NEW YORK (CNNMoney) — Fewer veterans are starting their own businesses, continuing a decline that began more than a decade ago. Veterans made up only 6% of all new entrepreneurs last year, compared to 12% in 2000, according to a new report from the Kauffman Foundation, which focuses on entrepreneurial activity.
