ELIGIBLE PERSONNEL ARE AS FOLLOWS: Veterans of all Wars, Active Duty, Reserves, National Guard of all branches of the Military and their Spouses. Personnel should be prepared to provide the following prior to the beginning of the Workshop:  Page 13, TAD No-Cost Orders, Travel Orders, DD-214, or proof of relations to service member.

The following questions are part of a pre-REBOOT workshop survey. Your responses will have no bearing on your application to attend a workshop. We collect this information to evaluate the REBOOT workshop and the data can help us obtain more funding so that additional veterans can attend. POLICY STATEMENTS:

  1. Enrollment in a workshop is not considered final until confirmed by the NVTSI Admissions Specialist.
  2. Students must adhere to the REBOOT Workshop Code of Conduct or they may be asked to leave the workshop.  Decisions of the Facilitators in this matter will be considered final.
  3. NVTSI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop within two weeks of the start date.
  4. Door does not open prior to 8:30am.
