Weekly Muster – Community, Connection, and Forward Momentum

The Weekly Muster is a standing virtual gathering for Active-Duty service members, Veterans, Guard, Reserves, and military spouses who want to stay connected, informed, and moving forward—together. Modeled after the military tradition of mustering as a way to account for and care for the force, this weekly check-in creates a trusted, no-rank, no-pressure space to reset, reconnect, and refocus.

Each Weekly Muster blends community connection with practical support. Participants receive timely updates on upcoming events, hiring opportunities, workshops, and resources across the military-to-civilian transition ecosystem. Just as importantly, it’s a place to share what’s working, surface challenges early, and hear from others who are navigating similar transitions—whether they’re separating next month, recently retired, job hunting, reskilling, or supporting a spouse through change.

The Muster is not a briefing and not a lecture. It’s a conversation. Attendees can show up to listen, ask questions, or contribute—whatever they need that week. Facilitators help connect people to next steps, including career coaching, REBOOT and REBOOT Lite workshops, SkillBridge pathways, employer events, and community partners.

At its core, Weekly Muster reinforces a simple truth: you don’t have to navigate transition alone. It provides rhythm, accountability, and belonging—one hour a week to take stock, get oriented, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

One team. One community. One week at a time.
