After a five-fold increase in the number of military veterans attending Ohio State University — and some trouble keeping pace with mounting GI Bill paperwork — the school introduced an expanded effort to support veterans yesterday. Carrell, assistant provost and director of the office. Carrell is a retired Air Force colonel.
