Keynote by Julie Cane
Julie is leading Wells Fargo’s Culture of Caring, an initiative focusing on the client experience and bringing to life a refreshed focus on our most important asset, our culture. Previously, she has held Competitive Intelligence, Client Experience and Marketing Strategy roles during her six years with the bank. Prior to Wells, she managed a Business Consulting unit for Charles Schwab Advisor Services and spent several years as a Strategy Consultant with Accenture. She began her career as a US Navy SH-3 helicopter pilot, flying combat support, search and rescue, and torpedo recovery missions in the Philippines and San Diego. She earned an NROTC scholarship at the University of Virginia and holds an MBA from UCLA. Julie is also President of the San Francisco Bay Area Wells Fargo Veterans Team Member Network. She recently joined the Board of Swords to Plowshares, and non-profit providing housing, legal, medical, mental and career transition services to 3,000+ veterans in the Bay Area. In her spare time, she enjoys mountain biking and playing soccer with her two daughters.
