Each year over 18,000 individuals from San Diego’s military bases transition to the civilian workforce. For many it is a perilling journey filled with uncertanty and anxiety. And not having a network or access to employers interested in hiring veterans compounds the challenge. Employers on the other hand are faced with difficulty in connecting to transitioning service members prior to release from service.

In an effort to close the “networking” gaps for transitioning senior officer/enlisted personnel and employers, NVTSI in partnership with ILKA Technologies and HIREGI invites you to network with the participants of the Career Transition Seminar for Senior Officer/Enlisted.

The seminar takes place twice in September and runs from 12 – 16 and 19 – 23 respectively with each seminar culminating in a networking luncheon with local employers and seminar participants.
