Ronne Froman – Chairman/CEO, RADM USN (Ret)
A retired 2-star Admiral, Ms. Froman has held numerous leadership roles in both military and civilian life.  Prior to retirement from the US Navy, she was the director of Ashore Readiness for the Chief of Naval Operations, responsible for nearly 90 Navy stations and bases around the world and a $7 billion dollar budget.  Since retirement she has served in the following civilian capacities: Chief of Business Operations for the San Diego Unified School District, (the second largest school district in California); CEO of the San Diego Imperial Counties Chapter of the American Red Cross; Chief Operating Officer for the City of San Diego (the eighth largest city in the nation), and; Senior Vice President for the Energy Group of General Atomics.  Ms. Froman has a reputation as a no-nonsense efficiency expert and is sought for both problem solving and leadership skills.

Maurice D. Wilson, President/National Executive Director, MCPO USN (Ret)
Mr. Wilson served 25 years in the US Navy in various positions of senior enlisted leadership and is a graduate of the Navy’s Senior Enlisted Academy.  His post-military career includes more than 11 years non-profit experience as the Vice President/Director of Workforce Development for the Urban League of San Diego County.  During his tenure with the Urban League, Mr. Wilson conceived, implemented, and managed numerous employment and training programs designed to empower disadvantaged or disenfranchised populations such as: ex-offenders, welfare recipients, youth, older workers, displaced workers, refugees, and veterans.  A certified Pacific Institute Workshop facilitator, Mr. Wilson has more than a decade of cognitive science-based instructional experience.  He holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Science in Information Systems Management and Business Administration.

Joseph Almond – Lead Facilitator
Mr. Almond is a US Army veteran with over 15 years’ experience delivering instruction, facilitation and training services.  Prior to joining NVTSI, he started and successfully ran his own consulting firm delivering training and facilitation to clients nationwide.  He is certified by both the Pacific Institute and Operation Legacy as a REBOOT Facilitator.   Other than Maurice Wilson (the founder), Mr. Almond is the longest serving REBOOT Facilitator, having joined the program in late 2010.  As the Lead Facilitator, he is responsible for managing and maintaining the quality of facilitation services delivered in the REBOOT Workshops.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from California Coast University and is pursuing a Master’s Degree from the SIT Graduate Institute in International Education. 

Maria Quinonez – Administration / Office Manager
Mrs. Quinonez is a 1st year Ph.D. student, has a MA in Administrative Leadership from University of Oklahoma and a BA in Modern Languages. As a United States Navy enlisted member, she worked as an administrative assistant providing administrative guidance and support for over 90 personnel. She was a teacher for over 10 years. As English for Specific Purposes teacher, her main duties included designing and adapting academic texts in English for mathematics and physics college students. Mrs. Quinonez also provided English instruction for students at basic and intermediate levels at Papeles del Cauca S.A. Kimberly-Clark Corporation in a bilingual work environment, and adapted teaching materials to develop a program aimed at providing career-related education for working adults. At Corporación Cultural Centro Colombo Americano, she provided training services and contributed to the effective implementation of the organization’s English training program. During her career as languages teacher, she kept abreast with the developments in English teaching methodologies by reading current literature, talking with colleagues, and participating in professional activities, lectures, symposiums and seminars.

Kalem Riley – Director of Operations
Mrs. Riley is a US Navy Veteran with over 10 years’ experience in customer service and data entry. She manages all student registrations and REBOOT Workshop™ scheduling. Mrs. Riley is proficient in problem solving and making good decisions in a high volume, high stress environment.

Denika Mafnas – Veteran Employment Specialist
Mrs. Mafnas is a U.S Air Force Veteran and a U.S Marine spouse with an extensive background in recruiting . Mrs. Mafnas works with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings, networks through industry contacts, association memberships and builds networks to connect our Ready 4 Hire REBOOT™ graduates with employers. Mrs. Mafnas is experienced in conducting employment intakes, customer service, cultural diversity and maintaining therapeutic relationships.

Dietrice Hinojosa-Suggs – Admissions and Scheduling Coordinator
Mrs. Hinojosa-Suggs is a retired Navy Yeomen: she comes from a military family—she was born in Okinawa to a career Army Command Sergeant Major. Mrs. Hinojosa-Suggs is a Certified Facilitator for Pacific Institute certified in both PX2, and Steps two Personal and Economic. Using the PX2 curriculum she worked with at-risk youth at the Urban League of San Diego County. She has served as the Vice-Clerk for the Re-Entry Roundtable for the D.A.’s office. Mrs. Hinojosa-Suggs lives in Mexico, where she volunteers for the Hospital General, talking with new mothers on the dangers of not using car seats. Dietrice is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Mrs. Hinojosa-Suggs mission is to help women veteran starting with REBOOT graduates, create learning and networking community facilitating the unique needs of female REBOOT graduates.
