Wells Fargo Commercial Capital (WFCC) combines Wholesale’s secured lending businesses including Commercial Distribution Finance (CDF), Corporate TrustServices (CTS), Wells Fargo Capital Finance (WFCF) and Wells Fargo Equipment Finance (WFEF). This consolidated group of businesses helps customers leverage their company’s assets into flexible financing solutions.

WFCC is a leading contributor to Wholesales revenue, assets, and net income. Wells Fargo Bank’s Restaurant Finance Group focuses on financing for multi-unit owner/operators that have a regional or national presence. Our transactions are generally $10mm to $100mm leveraged acquisitions or recapitalizations of middle market restaurant companies and franchisees.

Performs routine to moderately complex administrative tasks for a manager and/or department. Duties include: scheduling appointments, high volume of travel arrangements for domestic travel, distributing mail; using word processing and spreadsheet software to compose correspondence, monthly expense report reconciliations, compile information and prepare routine reports, answering/directing phone calls and taking messages as needed. Will work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs. May act as a receptionist and may perform special projects as requested.

Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of clerical experience Other Desired Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Wholesale products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate in a professional manner with members of the senior management teams of large and sophisticated customers.
• Experience with customers in the restaurant industry and/or customers with high cash volume and multiple locations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include advanced Outlook and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience with calendar coordination and scheduling
• Experience coordinating travel arrangements
• Experience ordering supplies
• Experience with event coordination
